Stephen Weber
Founder & Principal Researcher
Stephen Weber is an independent researcher and systems architect working on provenance-faithful autonomous systems, verification, distributed state, and world learning.
His research grows out of more than two decades of professional work spanning model-based architecture, systems engineering, service and enterprise architecture, configuration/change control, data governance, lineage, and large-scale technical systems.
He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a B.S. in Computer Graphics from Purdue University. Before founding 1791 Technologies, he spent nearly two decades at Boeing and later worked on enterprise data modernization and architecture.
Palimpsestus developed from that lineage into a public Open Spec, independent conformance framework, adversarial Crucible process, and experimental program now tested through independent ARC-AGI-2 and ARC-AGI-3 realizations.
